This Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected.
Some subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
You may cancel or modify a subscription at any time before the next billing or fulfillment date using the link in your order confirmation email.
Cancellation stops future charges only.
Charges already processed are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

Pre-orders are for products not yet in inventory.
We may collect no payment, a deposit, or full payment and charge remaining balances when the item is ready to ship.
Unfulfilled pre-orders may be canceled at any time.
Once a pre-order is fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the Refund Policy.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.

All refunds, if any, are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under U.S. or Canadian law.
