REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from PURSNATURE (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and must be read in conjunction with them.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. ALL SALES FINAL UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED

All sales are final, except as expressly set forth in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or preference

  • Failure to review product descriptions

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Refusal or failure to accept delivery

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (LIMITED EXCEPTIONS)

A return may be authorized only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error

  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are included

  • You receive written return authorization from PURSNATURE

Returns sent without authorization will be refused or discarded.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except where prohibited by law:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Personal care or consumable goods

  • Items damaged due to misuse, or improper handling

  • Items returned outside the authorized return window

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us at contact@pursnature.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photographic evidence

We reserve the right to:

  • Offer a replacement

  • Issue store credit

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Refunds will not be issued without verification.

5. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method, or

  • As store credit, at our discretion

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Duties, taxes, or customs charges

  • Return shipping costs (unless required by law)

Processing times:

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process

  • Banks and card issuers may require additional time

6. SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS

Unless required by law:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

We do not guarantee cancellation requests can be accommodated.

8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account

  • Loss of eligibility for future purchases

  • Submission of evidence disputing the chargeback

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be vigorously contested.

9. STATUTORY RIGHTS (U.S. & CANADA)

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable U.S. state or Canadian provincial consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, refunds will be issued in compliance with statutory obligations.

10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase governs your order.
